Lebanon Valley Coin Club

General Membership Meetings

About Our Membership Meetings

Date & Time – The date for our meetings is usually on the fourth Monday of alternate months. Before the formal meeting, beginning at 6:00 PM, we have a generous meal served family style by the Heisey's Diner staff. The meal is optional but its cost is $10 for each member or guest who chooses to eat.

Agenda – After the meal we then proceed with the formal business part of the meeting. First, we hear and approve the secretary's report and accept the treasurer's report. After that we sometimes have a speaker who discusses a subject related to numismatics or to local history. Some meetings end with an auction of coins, currency, or related items such as books and collecting supplies.

Discussion – If you have a relevant numismatic question or problem then bring it to our meeting to receive assistance. The collective experience of LVCC club members is extensive and covers many specialized areas. This consulting service is free to all members in good standing and guests.

Attendance – Your attendance is always appreciated. Please arrange to attend a meeting whenever possible. Average attendance at our meeting is around twenty members. You are also encouraged to bring a guest. Your guest may want to join and take advantage of the consulting assistance that LVCC offers.

Location – We meet at Heisey's Diner in Lebanon. You can Google Heisey's Diner or visit their Facebook page. Detailed directions and a map to the meeting location are available there.
